Position
This is Bo's site. Boxz is Bo and Z, and for now the site carries Bo's work.
Independent AI research and software development, following three years of industrial R&D at Huawei. Current work spans LLM systems, agentic AI, evaluation, and interactive narrative systems.
How this site is organised
Everything here is filed twice: once by what it is, and once by the question it belongs to.

- Formal outputs: preprints and completed studies, each with a fixed version, a date, and the materials behind it.
- Thoughts
- Ideas worked out in prose. Each piece takes a position; where a paper tests the same question, the two are linked.
- Projects
- Things that run, or are being built: software released in the open, and creative work made with AI under constraints.
- Threads
- The questions the work keeps returning to. Each paper, essay, and project belongs to one or more.
